Electroless nickel

Electroless Nickel (EN) is an autocatalytic chemical reduction process that deposit a smooth and fine layer of nickel phosphorus or nickel boron-alloy on the metal itself. EN does not required any electric current because it is submerge into a chemical bath. But, surprisingly some non-electric conductive metals are acceptable for this process. Complex and complicated object are easily done in this process due to the solution and tanks we used. Electroless Nickel will increase corrosion resistance to the metals, hardness and durability and most importantly it can maintain the same surface characteristic of the metals for the purpose of coating.

OUR CAPABILITY

In this particular project, U.K.L. Industries have its own R&D members who always try to create and produce a more clean and efficient process that is able to fulfill the demand of the market in an advance way. With more than 16 years of development and strive, U.K.L. Industries have managed to standardize, maintain the quality and efficiency of every single work.
